We do not guarantee specific employment outcomes, interview offers, or job placements as a result of using our services. Our commitment is to deliver a professionally written, ATS-optimised document based on the information you supply.

3. Orders and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in US Dollars (USD) and do not include any applicable state or local sales tax unless otherwise stated. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering, processed securely through our payment provider.

• Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed
• Turnaround times are estimates and begin once we've received all information needed to start your document
• Express service (where selected) is subject to availability

4. Revisions

Each package includes a number of complimentary revisions as described on the relevant service page at the time of purchase. Revision requests should relate to the content and accuracy of the document based on information you originally provided. Requests for a substantially different document (e.g. a new target role requiring a different structure) may be treated as a new order at our discretion.
